Design and construction of the building
The building has a total area of 6,000 sq.m.
The aesthetics of the building complex is characterized by the harmonious plasticity of the volumes required for its operation and at the same time by the transparency of the public spaces, which allows the readability of what is happening inside the building.
For this reason, the necessary infrastructure was provided for the service of the aforementioned functions. The large auditorium has a total capacity of 682 seats, of which 122 are on the balcony, 10 are people with reduced mobility and 550 in the square. Its dynamics can be increased to approximately 742 seats, by converting the orchestra pit to accommodate an additional 60 seats (for meeting room use).
