LAVRIO TECHNOLOGY PARK
UPGRADE AND REUSE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF AREA 2 & 3 BUILDINGS INCLUDING THE SURROUNDINGS
This project includes the restoration design and construction of the preservable buildings of Area 2 & 3 in Lavrio French Mining Company.
The main tasks performed are:
- Dismantling and reconstruction of roofs with tiles and wooden frame
- Reinforcements and fixings of stone buildings with cement injections, metal structures and reinforced cement mortar
- Dismantling and reconstruction of coatings, floors, frames in three preservable buildings
- Replacement of electromechanical installations
- New metal building including its facilities
- New substation building including the necessary equipment
- Installation of air conditioning in all buildings
- Outdoor landscaping
