RENOVATION OF ZARA STORE ON 9 ERMOU STREET & VOULIS, ATHENS

The existing preservable building on 9 Ermou & Voulis Street was completely renovated to house the ZARA store.
The main tasks are the following:

Demolition of all interior walls and stairs (only the exterior remains)
Manufacture of reinforced concrete floor slabs in reinforced metal construction
Roof repair with reinforcement of wooden frame and reconstruction of tiled roof
Reconstruction of internal partitions from masonry or plasterboard
Suspended ceilings, wooden floors
Wood paneling and wooden constructions of benches, test rooms, shop windows and cabinets
Ortho-marble facades
Construction and installation of decorative plaster elements
Complete facilities for air conditioning, lighting, fire detection, automatic fire extinguishing, etc.

RENOVATION OF ZARA STORE AT 138 PATISION STREET, ATHENS

The existing building at 138 Patision & Kefallinias Street was completely renovated to house the ZARA store.
The main tasks are the following:

Demolition of all interior walls and stairs
Construction of ground floor slab (roof, basement) from OS, after support – reinforcement with metal construction
Renovation of interior partitions from masonry or plasterboard partitions
Suspended ceilings, floor coverings
Wooden constructions and wall coverings, showcases, test rooms, cabinets and partitions
Facade orthomarbling
Construction and installation of decorative plaster elements
Complete facilities for air conditioning, lighting, fire detection, automatic fire extinguishing, etc.
