ORION SA<\/strong> came from the consolidation of the companies DE-KAT SA<\/strong> and DIAVLOS SA<\/strong> and absorption of the construction sector of the company ALFATEK Ltd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1980<\/strong> Establishment of ALFATEK Ltd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1987<\/strong> Establishment of DIAVLOS SA<\/strong><\/p>\n

1988<\/strong>\u00a0Establishment of DE-KAT SA<\/strong><\/p>\n

2002<\/strong> The managements of the companies DE-KAT<\/strong> and DIAVLOS<\/strong> decide to join forces by founding the company ORION<\/strong> in order to create a competitive and dynamic company in the field of construction.<\/p>\n

2002<\/strong> Completion of the restructuring by absorption by ORION of the construction sector of ALFATEK.<\/p>\n

2004<\/strong> Establishment of the subsidiary GNOSIS SA<\/strong><\/p>\n

2005<\/strong> The company certifies the Quality Management System that implements according to ISO 9001-2000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2006<\/strong> Establishment of the subsidiary GNOSIS S.A.<\/strong> in order to be active in the field of real estate and construction in Bulgaria<\/p>\n

2010<\/strong> Participation of the shareholders of ORION<\/strong> SA<\/strong> in B + S Megawatt SA<\/strong> representing the German company for construction of bases (fixed and single axis trackers Ideematec)<\/p>\n

2010<\/strong> Working on the design, procurement and construction of PV projects<\/p>\n

2011<\/strong> Purchase of the company EPIRUS ENERGY SA<\/strong> for the construction and operation of a Photovoltaic Power Station of 600 KW.<\/p>\n

2014<\/strong> The company is certified for the implementation of the Environmental Management System that applies according to ISO 14001<\/strong> and the Occupational Safety and Health System according to OHSAS 18001 \/ ELOT 1801<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2014<\/strong> Working on LED LIGHTING – Participation in the collective Alternative Management System A.E.H.E.<\/p>\n

2015<\/strong> Absorption of the construction company GNOSIS SA<\/p>\n

2016<\/strong> Sale of ENERGIAKI MARKOPOULOU 1 SA<\/strong> by the shareholders of ORION SA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
